R-Excel safely performs any operation, including Microsoft Excel sheet recovery and never deletes from disk, writes to, or modifies in any way, the original Excel files.
R-Excel Features:
- Standard Windows Explorer – style interface.
- Host OS: Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista.
- Supported *.xls file formats: Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP/2003.
- Automatic or manual search for Excel sheets. R-Excel searches for Excel sheets on all (including network) disks visible by the host operating system.
R-Excel Operations:
- Searching for Microsoft Excel files:
R-Excel searches for MS Excel files and adds them to its Tree View automatically. Also MS Excel sheets can be added manually. - Sheet recovery:
A MS Excel sheet can be recovered by double clicking the selected *.xls file. The file content is displayed in the right tab as an MS Excel sheet (installed MS Excel required) and can be saved by an R-Excel registered version either as an MS Excel file.
